My husbands birthday was coming up and I remembered he had mentioned he wanted a picture of him and his kids. Unfortunately the mother of his child has made it impossible for him to see his daughters so I knew I had to figure out another way. I googled and custom mayy arts popped up! I was very hesitant because you just never know what you’re gonna get and OMG they did not disappoint! I sent them pictures of him and the kids and they captured them exactly like the pictures. I ordered a painting for my fiancée , her mother passed in 2016 . I had the artist create a photo of all family members today all grown up . She was brought to tears it was a beautiful moment her and all her family members loved the photo and if I may add the customer service is exceptional. They were quickly responsive and corrected some things on the proof they make and send you before creating the main one . They adjusted and added everything I asked for no problem and no charge. Thank you to the artist who accommodated all requests I had. This will be forever cherished . I highly recommend this gift for anyone who is seeking a beautiful gift for any one who has someone who has passed . Absolutely phenomenal. I will be purchasing again.

I decided to use custom mayy arts again this year to do another family portrait. The first portrait last year, I let them make the placements, I was very happy with the outcome. This time I needed more help in changing photos and placement. I ended up changing 3 photos, and 2 placements. I also requested the teeth not to be so white. They worked with me all the way. I couldn't be more pleased. Since my son passed 5 years ago, it is so meaningful and precious to me to have these family portraits done. We lost my dad in June and never got to get a family pic of my dad (grandpa) my mom (grandma) both of my brothers, myself, my husband and ALL the grandkids before he passed and that broke my moms heart,so when I saw this we knew we needed to get this for Christmas for her. We casually took a picture of my mom, brothers, me, my husband and all of the kids on Thanksgiving and I had it sent out along with a picture of my dad to get added in and asked them to place my dad next to my mom and they had the proof sent back to me so quick and had the canvas sent to me well over a week before Christmas! I could hardly contain myself and didn’t want to wait to give it to her. When she opened it on Christmas Day the kids were all so excited to see themselves in the picture with grandpa and there wasn’t a dry eye in the room. I have gotten so many compliments on the picture and people asking me to share where I got it made as people are in awe of how amazing it turned out and it looks like my dad was right there with us that day in the picture instead of photoshopped in. Thank you for making my moms and my families first and hardest Christmas without my dad special and memorable with something my mom can cherish forever.

Ordered this for my father of my deceased grandparents it's hard while we live in the US and while they are located in Mexico. It helped me and my family to be closer like a way to honor and remembered them. The team did a very good job on following up and giving updates and giving advices and suggestions. I can't wait to get another one best quality and amazing detail still can't over it always catch myself just starting at it.
