If you are not completely happy with the pictures of someone you selected on your current proof,

If you would like to add more people & pets to your proof,

Or if you would like to change the placements of people on your proof,

Please choose the number of people & pets you would like to change or add.

An extra fee of $9 per person/pet will be required for the time spent because we'll most likely have to redo the portrait.

We know how important it is to have it done just right, we'll happily redo the portrait for you.

In addition, there are 2 free revisions for any other edits. Your details for each revision are greatly appreciated.

Photo Guidelines

Should you wish to replace the pictures or arrangements of individuals or pets on the portrait post-receipt of the proof, an additional fee of $9 per person or pet will apply due to the need for a portrait redo. Hence, kindly provide the best-looking photos available, along with a detailed request outlining your desired portrait style and specific placements. Additionally, three free revisions are included for any other modifications. Your thorough input for each revision is highly valued.

Production & Shipping

Initial proof ready in 3 - 5 days (7 - 10 days during holiday season), with potential delays for revisions.
DIGITAL DOWNLOAD OPTION: Approved proofs result in high-quality digital files emailed for self-printing at CVS, Staples, Walmart, etc.
No physical artwork shipped for Digital Download; recommended for non-U.S. orders.
PRINT OPTION (POSTER, FRAMED POSTER, OR WRAPPED CANVAS): Allow 3 - 7 days for printing after proof approval.
Shipping times: 5 - 8 days with Free Standard Shipping, 2 - 3 days with Paid Expedited Shipping.
Unexpected delays or carrier issues are beyond our control; contact local post office for shipment details.
Customers bear reshipping costs and processing fees for returned packages due to incorrect addresses.
Custom orders are non-returnable; replacements provided for damaged or defective items.

This is the second time I have ordered something from Mayy and both times the results have been amazing. The first time there were 19 people and the second there were 21. Mayy was very patient with my requests for changes and the amendments were done promptly. I am so glad I found her.

I loved the way the picture turned out! It was so nice to see everyone together again. You guys worked magic! The team was patient and helpful throughout the whole process. I even asked if they could change everyone’s shirt colors to white and blue since I only had pictures of everyone at birthday parties & I didn’t think it could be done but they did that and beyond. Thank you, I’m so grateful to their services.
