We can only guarantee the drawing outcome’s optimal quality when your photos meet our conditions.
- Please add photos at the originally actual size (the higher the resolution, the better).
- A cropped or screenshot photo may not bring out the clearest details.
- The photos you send to us must show the features of the face and hair clearly and wholly.
- Selfies or headshots might not be accepted. At least, parts of the upper bodies must be contained in the picture.
Also, in case you would like to change another picture of someone or change placements for people on the portrait after we have sent you the proof, an extra fee of $9 per person will be required because we have to redo the portrait. Therefore, please submit the best looking photos you have, along with a detailed request for how you'd like the portrait to be done and any specific placements you need. In addition, there are 2 free revisions for any other edits. Your details for each revision are greatly appreciated.
🧑🎨 HOW DOES IT WORK? 🧑🎨
The first proof is usually ready in 3-5 business days (or 7-10 business days during holiday seasons). The processing time till the final product might take longer if revisions are needed.
Digital Download Option:
After the proof approval, an artwork's digital file with high quality will be sent to you via email, so that you can conveniently print it yourself at any print shop nearby (CVS, Walmart, Staples, etc.).
Keep in mind that there's NO Physical Artwork mailed to you if ordering a Digital Download.
Please order Digital Download if you are not from the U.S. We only mail physical prints within the U.S.
Print Option (Poster, Canvas, Canvas Frame):
After the proof approval, please allow 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to print the artwork. We're using our trusted 3rd-party print provider and cannot rush the print production for you.
The product will then arrive at your shipping address after 5-7 business days if you choose Free Standard Shipping. For Paid Expedited Shipping selected during checkout, you can receive the item within 2-3 business days.
- Please be aware that if there are any unexpected delays or delivery issues from the carriers that is out of our control, your local post office is the best resource for the shipment information including the GPS delivery coordinators.
- Also be aware that it is customer's responsibility to pay for the reshipping cost & processing fee if your package is returned to the sender for any reason. Please provide a safe and valid shipping address upon checkout.
- All custom orders can't be returned or refunded. If they arrive damaged or defective, we will send a replacement.

I received my print (digital download) in AMAZING turn around time - way quicker than I could have ever imagined. As soon as I got it, I lost it. My late grandma never got to meet my children & it breaks my heart daily. However, having this picture made helps my heart & comforts me! Absolutely amazing product, customer service, quality and value! I had ordered this on a Sunday night (Australian time) and by Wednesday morning my digital order was complete! In that timeframe there was clear and consistent communication. This was a belated first Fathers Day gift to my partner of him, his son, his dad and late grandfather and it will be something he will be able to cherish forever.
